This is smaller BnB in the heart of Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's Venice so of course the area around it is beautiful. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away, St. Marc's square is about 25 minutes walk.

The room is average, location is tucked away but in a good spot, but what made the difference was the staff. Local staff member, I believe her name was Laura, offered us breakfast and was super helpful to everyone.

Amazing service
Our flight was delayed but they waited for us after the check-in time to welcome us. The service was amazing, and it was really convenient that they bring you the breakfast to the room. It’s quiet and clean. It’s also really close to transport and popular locations. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean and quiet property located a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. The free breakfast of coffee, toast and buns was a lovely surprise. Basic but comfortable and safe. The check in at a specific time after 4:00 pm and no staff on site was okay for us. I would stay here again.

This is a small place, only 5 rooms I think. The room itself was very clean, neat and modern, although basic it had good quality- bed was memory foam and pilllows too, room darkening drapes, sound proof windows. Bath was very modern and clean. The location was surprisingly quiet even on a Sat night. My only issue was the water temp in the sink and shower was lukewarm, even though I let it run to warm up. And there is no front desk assistance after 8pm. Hate a cold shower in the am! Also there is no breakfast served- not the norm in Italy. So i really feel, at $170/night before city tax, given the location, it is overpriced.

Very good clean hotel. Located 5’ walking distance from Piazza Le Roma (bus stop). Easy Check in and check out. The room has everything you need and is located in a quiet street close to restaurants. The router for the internet needs to be stronger though.

Well located near the train station but away from the tourist hussle and bussle although there are a couple of bridges to master with luggage. Good local cafes and restaurants at reasonable prices. if you don't mind walking, nothing in Venice is too far from the hotel.

Lovely, simple hotel in an excellent area of Venice. Maybe surprisingly for the price they've invested properly in the rooms with some nice furnishings (touch lamps; memory foam mattress and pillows; new bathroom; air con). The budget side comes in terms of a few limited features (reception staff are only available between 2-7, there's no communal area, no breakfast or room service), but these were things I was happy to give up for a cheaper price. Codes are used to enter the property and rooms themselves, which worked well. The WiFi is dismal though, so if that's important for you I wouldn't recommend here (I used my roaming data as the phone signal is fine). It's also worth saying that the walls are quite thin, so we could quite audibly here people checking-out/chatting near the reception area or the cleaner in the morning which was a bit frustrating. But it's a small hotel so this isn't non-stop, and there were no noise issues in the evening. All in all would happily end up here again if on a limited budget.

Close to city. Lovely room. I emailed hotel to say we were checking in late. Received email response on arrival, no late check ins. Had to wait a while for hotel staff member to let us in, and paid 10 euro. Other than that perfect place to stay!
