The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed.A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay at Ruga Bella. It’s located on a quiet street but located close to cafes and restaurants. It is a very spacious apartment and the beds were so comfortable. The host was so accommodating and was quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend staying at Ruga Bella!

A fabulous property near everything
Our short stay was made so much better with Gian Maria taking away all our worries. Close to the train station and away from the hustle of the tourist sites this apartment was perfect for our visit. Can’t wait to return.

Ruga Bella charming apartment
We only stayed 1 night, but the apartment was perfect! Great location and everything we needed was there. We wish we had had more time to stay and explore, but if we find ourselves in Venice again, we would absolutely stay in Gian Maria's apartment again.

Maria was the best VRBO host I've ever seen. Has been a waiter in the area so he knows all the best places to eat. Place is immaculate clean and huge compared to most vrbo's. I've been in in Venice

Great place in the heart of Venice
The property was located very close to the Santa Lucia train station and were able to walk to all of Venice very easily. The property easily slept 6 adults and had AC! The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Plus we were able to do a quick load of laundry since there was a washer and dryer.

This flat in the heart of Venice was close to everything we wanted to see and had all of the amenities we needed. We appreciated the coffee pods the host provided. The host also provided great recommendations and had notes around the flat with information and instructions.

Gian Marie is a wonderful host and very responsive. This is less than a 10 min walk from the train station and you feel as if you are staying among the locals rather than among tourist's. We enjoyed our time here!

Perfect for our stay
We are a group of friends traveling in Europe. This was by far our favorite place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had no trouble finding it as others have said and it was in a perfect location. Gian was easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly to us! We would stay here again!

Venice was great! We loved the location of this property. Close to train station so we could walk. Great to be a little bit away from the crowds but easy enough to walk to the main part of town. Restaurants in the area were also great so we didn’t have to be down by Rialto Bridge are late. Apartment was clean and the property owner was very helpful. I would suggest it to anyone!

This beautiful little apartments location couldn't be more perfect. Within walking distance of the train station, great food, the Rialto Bridge, and a water taxi port. Apartment had ample room for the 5 adults. Three in one room, and two in the other (can sleep 6 in total). Was so hard finding affordable accommodation in Venice for the 5 of us. So glad we stumbled upon this little gem.
