this hotel is super nice. They offered us a welcome drink (a lot of choices) and pastries and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast is very good and they even make eggs for you. The room is decorated very beautifully. The bathroom has warmed towel rack and three types of shower head. The bed is comfy as well. Location is very convenient yet quiet.

This hotel was a 10 minute walk from the station (SL) although a couple of walking bridges were a little inconvenient. Very easy for those training in and out. Took public ferry to Piazza San Marco (10 min) and viewed important bridges and Grand Canal. Walked back to hotel - easy and low stress. Would take 30 odd minutes if direct but we took our time and ate on the way. Really very pleasant indeed. Hotel was driendly and service was great.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful selection of fresh tortes, fruit, and perfectly prepared eggs served in a cozy, welcoming setting. Our room, with its stunning view of the canal, was pure magic—waking up to the soft sounds of boats gliding by and the morning light dancing on the water was an unforgettable experience. By far our favorite hotel experience ever! Staff was incredibly nice and approachable. Started with a prosecco welcome and continued with a great complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. Room was great, bathroom shower was incredible. Received great recommendations for restaurants.

The location was extremely convenient for access to both the train station and airport shuttles. Do not overlook this aspect as there are stairs and bridges throughout town that we were able to avoid. There is also easy access to water taxi stations to explore town and other islands. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
