Very nice spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. Good restaurants nearby. Ok breakfast but probably could have gotten something just as good or better from a nearby pastry shop or restaurant for less. Overall, very pleased.

This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to everything. We were in a canal side room on the first floor which was a great size. The interior is looking a little tired but was perfectly clean. There was also quite a bit noise from upstairs in the evening. But a good hotel in an excellent location.

Coldest AC in all my vacation of Italy. It gets 5 stars for the AC alone. Rooms and hotel were beautiful. In walkable distance of all the main Venice attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel had canal access, so private taxis from/to airport can be accessed from the hotel directly (subject to tide). Our breakfast was also very good, our host made us fried/scrambled eggs on demand. Room was very spacious and the A/C was perfect given the hot weather.
