Loved that this hotel was near to the Rialto Bridge and accessible to the train station easily. Didn't like the semi-open tub/shower. The bathroom floor got very wet and when we asked for new towels (because we had to mop up the floor) because the wet ones were not replaced. We were told that due to their eco policy about reusing towels we would have to pay for a new towel. This was apparently spelled out in the hotel information booklet. A European thing, apparently. Something we've not encountered elsewhere.

Nice little gem tucked in a back alley that was quiet but only steps from multiple dining and shopping areas. It was also convenient to the water bus and had a stop with the same name of the hotel so it was easy to remember where to get off.

Loved where this hotel is located! Its a 20 min walk to doges palace AND a 20 minute walk to the train station therefore very convenient to get to everywhere. The room is a decent size with a spacious washroom. Just be warned that the tub is very slippery. My husband actually fell getting out and just narrowly missed hitting his head on the bidet. Other than that, a good 3 star hotel.

Shower was barely a trickle, very small and the bathroom outlet didnt work. Room was warm. It was supposed to overlook the Rialto Bridge and didnt. It was very hard to find.

It was in a great location and walkable from the water taxi we took from the airport. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And it offered a wonderful breakfast to start our day. What more can you ask for?

Location was nice and convenient. Ladies during check-in were very nice and helpful. Shower wqas cold water only. The clerk at 6 am would not get off cell phone to assist us, so didnt get coffee or breakfast.
