Check in was not as smooth as it should have been. There was some confusion as to an attempt to cancel the reservation and emails were sent from the staff but as a traveler without service for parts of the trip, messages were not received. However, the room ended up being available when we arrived. Some repairs are required though.

Very comfortable but a little noisy at times
Very helpful host. Room was roomy but needed to have windows open as it got very stuffy. Locals were a little noisy out the back and in the hotel very early in the morning. Clean and comfortable and very close to Venezia Mestre. Some nice restaurants close too.

Just only for 1 night stay, just only ONE toilet to serve more 10 rooms, fortunately, that night only 3 rooms of guest to occupy 1 toilet, thank God.

We are still dreaming about dream holidays
It was a nightmare place, extremely small and no free parking and no queen beds as promised. The 4 of us were too cramped so I booked another place for 2 of us that ended up being overbooked .

Banheiro comunitário e alagado, localização boa.
Solicitamos uma estadia para 5 pessoas,quando chegamos ao local tinha sido preparado para 3, mesmo mostrando o recibo do site tivemos que pagar adicional, o banheiro era fora do quarto, sendo dividido por outros hóspedes, e estava alagado o tempo todo. Deixamos a mala no hotel antes do horário do check in, quando voltamos a noite não tinha ninguém na recepção, ficamos esperando um hóspede sair para poder entrar na recepção e pegar a chave e entrar no quarto. :/

Ужасный вариант, грязь, батареи связяны с горячим водоснабжением, летом это был ад из-за духоты, зимой не знаю, но вероятно, люди мерзнут, т.к отопление включается, если вы включаете горячую воду. Ободранные обои, слой застышей грязи.

There were loads of mosquitoes. They made us itchy so we could hardly sleep. There were no air-conditioners but the fans provided were not working well. It was so hot for the whole night. The toilet is for disabilities which is different from the photos shown in the website. When we took a shower, the water just ran into our room. Our room was wet. We did not have a pleasant stay.

Ho provato a chiamare tutto il giorno per assicurarmi che la prenotazione fatta attraverso expedis fosse avvenuta. Il numero da contattare è sbagliato, tant'e che il numero corretto era su u pezzetto di carta in reception...vergognoso. Non ho avuto nessun tipo di ricevuta e mi sembra strano, dato che all'albergatore ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno. In Expedia purtroppo si trovano queste realtà e sarebbe necessario una presenza sul portale dolo rispettando degli standard minimi relativi alla customer experience.

"hotel" a due minuti dalla stazione
Non dovrebbe essere chiamato hotel ma più B&B. In generale ambienti molto carini, arredamento moderno. Camere con bagno in comune che ha dei problemi alla doccia in quanto non ha uno sportello per chiudere la cabina e mentre l'acqua scorre il bagno si allaga. Nella camera con il bagno all'interno non è stato specificato che quest'ultimo è un bagno per disabili quindi con un gabinetto molto alto e una doccia senza piatto doccia, senza tendina, senza niente ma è solo un doccino attaccato al muro per altro molto basso e quando si prova a fare una doccia si rischia quindi di allagare il bagno se non la camera. Per questo siamo stati costretti ad usare per lo menù la doccia del bagno in comune. Ma essendo uno dei pochi se non l'unico a Mestre che offre un bagno, se pur scomodo, in camera ad un prezzo conveniente lo consiglierei a chi non vuole spendere troppo e sa adattarsi. Nel complesso camera confortevole e personale gentile.

Pas de parking gratuit
Avec la voiture de location c'était le 1er critère: le parking gratuit. Hors pas de parking, obligé de ce garer dans la rue devant l'hôtel-> après discussion avec le réceptionniste, il nous a payé le parcmètre tout le long du séjour. Bilan global plutôt négatif, ca ressemble plus à de la chambre d'hôte que hôtel.
