We had a lovely 2-night stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to everything in Venice. They provided clear instructions on getting from the train station to the hotel by water taxi. The breakfast offered good variety and was a great way to start the day. The staff was warm and welcoming.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable they were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. You also have to carry your luggage up 16 steps and there was no one there to help us when we checked out this morning. The hotel was very quaint but a little difficult to locate

Very charming and great location. Close to shopping, main square and boat transportation. The ladies at the breakfast were very kind and made some great coffee. Only complaint was that the AC was not allowed to be turned on since it was not the season. Apparently, it’s not turned on until late May when the weather gets warmer. The room was stuffy so we opened a window and so many mosquitoes came inside. It was not a very restful night.

This was great for our family of 4 for 3 nights. Breakfast included was lovely, plenty of choice. The room had more space than many others and the location was perfect. Very easy to get the vaporetto, a short walk in a safe area.

Wonderful location; fabulous people!

We really appreciated the location! We were a block from San Marc’s square! The breakfast was wonderful and our barista was outstanding! The room was small but the bathroom was plenty big. We were thankful for having such a lovely place to stay.

No place on earth like Venice!

Great location! Steps away from San Marco square, and S.M vapoertto stop with lot of restaurants/cafe, convenient marts around. The host is wonderful! Our room was super clean, with great breakfast included. Google map with take you here, so no worries.

Boutique hotel. Ideal location for walking to local interests. Entrance was in an alleyway which while not desirable considering location in Venice, not too bad. Overall, safe, comfortable, convenient location and great attentive staff.
