Cozy flat in a lovely tiny square of Venice

You can enjoy a breathtaking view over the rooftops and steeples, including the Lagoon and San Marco's church. Second floor, bright and wide.
It consists of a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with sofa bed.

Possibility of luggages' storage before / after the check in / out time.

Please ask for arrival after 9pm (flight after 8. 30pm) - there is an Extra fee of 25 € for arrival between 9 - 10pm, and 22 - 23 is 35 € after 23 is 40 €. Ask for arrival after midnight. There could be the possibility of a self check in (for free).

Fabulous spot in Venice to enjoy the entire city.
Fabulous spot in Venice to enjoy the entire city. Super close to a water bus stop. (Important in Venice). Gorgeous flat with 3 rooms (living/dining room; bedroom with plenty of storage; kitchen with table) and bathroom with toilet and bidet. Neighborhood has plenty of excellent food options.

Excellent apartment in quiet area of Venice
Great apartment to be our home away from home in Venice. It was in a quiet area, yet really close to a lot of things. Host was amazingly responsive with any of our questions and provided excellent recommendations. Loved the rooftop balcony- especially the views of bell tower at Piazza San Marco! Great restaurant in the square outside the front door and excellent bakery close by. Close to Vaporetto/water bus as well! We would definitely stay again if we return to Venice!

A lovely, apartment and well-appointed with beautiful Venetian furnishings. Our host was accessible and of great assistance in helping us find the place and get settled. The location is central to many points of interest in Venice, and to transportation hubs. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Venice Stay
Can’t say enough about this destination. We were met at the apartment and given incredible information of the area how to get to the supermarket how to get to a wine store and where the square was. I would highly recommend this destination as your stay in Venice, Italy. Our place was clean, beautiful, and close to the market square. Our host was readily available for information and help. Venice done properly!
We had an amazing stay here. Perfect location if you want to be away from the tourist crowds but can be back within a 10 minute walk from most of the popular locations. The apartment is amazing, like stepping into an authentic Venetian apartment and the views from the terrace are second to non. If we ever come back to Venice we will be booking here again!

Fantastisk terrasse
Fin lejlighed. Køkkenet kunne godt have lidt flere praktiske ting fx el-kedel. Tagterrassen meget sparsomt møbleret med 2 stole og 1 bord, mangler i høj grad parasol el lign og lidt atmosfære generelt, men skøn morgen/formiddag og aften. Vi havde den for os selv men deles hvis der er andre. Sød og imødekommende vært.

Ruim appartement met fijn dakterras
Appartement ligt in een rustige wijk aan een klein pleintje. Van daaruit alle wijken in Venetië goed te voet te bereiken. Bevelen het appartement zeker aan.
