Charming 3-bedroom 2 bathroom and a lanai house

Your Venice adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Step inside this gorgeous property featuring 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. With amenities like WiFi and AC, your stay here will be tremendous. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
Sparkling clean, conveniently located, only 7 minutes from Manasota beach and very close to the major shopping centers (Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Staples, Bealls, TJ MAX, Publix) restaurants, entertainment venues.
Everything has been upgraded and updated last year to be like a newly built house. The house has ceramic tile floors throughout, The kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, flat top range, micro-hood, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The laundry has an economic full size washer/dryer combo. There is a lot of parking space for your cars, trailers, boats and RVs. There is a SHED for storage on the North side of the house and a small garden which is a work in progress, actually a future food forest in the backyard.

Did not like the exterior of the house that’s including the dirt driveway. Did not care for the colorful lights on the outside. The host Christina was very hospitable and kind. The interior of the house was exceptionally clean . The living room furniture was not very comfortable.
