Great property & location
My family & I had a wonderful stay at this large property. We had plenty of room to spread out and the a/c worked so well! I loved the area where we were located. Very close to lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous Location
Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, although there is only one bathroom. The location is great, in a quieter area but still close to restaurants, shops, and vaporetti. The AC worked well and was much appreciated.

Nice neighborhood but won’t stay here again
It’s a nice location in Venice, not far from all the touristy attractions but it still manages to get away from all the noise. Apartment is spacious and has AC. Those are all pluses. The communication with the welcoming contact was not very good, but it was better with the property owner. The shower is small and not that clean. The pillows are not that comfortable and the blankets are very thin. So when we turned on AC because it was hot during the day, we were cold during the night. The blankets in the closets didn’t look clean, so we didn’t use them.

Large apartment in a great location
We were a family group of five adults and one infant. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery shopping and more. The beds were comfortable and the space was very usable. Cuter in person.

Wonderful!
What a wonderful apartment! Tucked away from the super busy spots but close enough to walk anywhere. Such a great neighborhood! The apartment is very cute and spacious and includes anything you might need. Our host Frederico was more than hospitable! He sat down with us and gave all sorts of recommendations from restaurants to sight-seeing to which taxis to take where. Truly a great find! Thank you!

Venice perfection
The apartment was HUGE especially for Italian standards. The location is absolutely perfect as it is in a cute little neighborhood with everything you need just outside your door. It is a 3 minute walk to the Waterbus (the only affordable way to travel through Venice). We traveled through the entire country of Italy and this location, apartment, and city was the favorite of all 4 of us. We traveled as a family of 4 (mom, dad, 17 year old daughter, and 14 year old son) and everything was perfect!

This apartment was in a perfect location. You felt right in the thick of it all and then could escape to you private 3 bedroom modern apartment. It was clean, our host took the time to show us where to go, and it was easy to go grab a quick bite, or something at the grocery store if needed. I would stay here again anytime I come back. Venice stay
Nice appartement for two couples traveling together. There is only one bathroom but it is a good size. It is situated a close walk from the train station and was easy to find. Our host was waiting for us upon arrival and provided a lot of helpful information about the city regarding transportation, places to visit and eat. It was clear our host was passionate about her city and all it had to offer. We followed many of the her sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. Given the appartement is located in a nice neighbourhood filled with shops and restaurants one can expect some noise. This made sleeping in the bedroom facing the street more of a challenge. The 3rd bedroom made for a better option when the noise became too loud. Keeping in mind this is a city surrounded by water the entrance way that houses the stairwell leading to the appartement smelled damp and musty however this fortunately did not carry over in to the apartment itself. We truly enjoyed our time in Venice despite the short stay.

Wonderful and charming
The property was very comfortable for my family of four. Although it could easily accommodate a couple more. It was hot in Venice so the A/C felt great. We had a great kitchen and common space. The beds were comfortable and clean. Even had a nice washing machine for our clothes. Silvia was very helpful with instructions on how to arrive. And she did a great job explaining a few things about getting around in Venice.

Gabriella was extremely friendly and helpful getting us started exploring Venice. Apartment was spacious, quite, comfortable, and clean with a well stocked kitchen making it easy to cook in. Location couldn’t be better for train station, restaurants, water taxis and gondolas.

We arrived by train and took a water taxi and then it was only a 3 min. walk to the apartment. After learning our way around Venice we when leaving Venice, we walked 10 - 15 min. back to the train station. The three bedroom apartment is in a quiet area with restaurants and markets nearby. Kitchen was well stocked. Only minor issue was it had a tiny shower. It was a 15 - 20 min. walk to St Marks. We were very comfortable for our 2 night stay. The property manager was very helpful.

Spacious, modern and extremely well situated apartment
With only a short walk from the train or by ferry or taxi from the airport this is in an excellent location. Although our itinerary changed communication was excellent from our gracious host. We were extremely impressed by the apartment’s size and facilities. We would highly recommend bookings- especially for families or multiple couples.

Excellent location, fabulous apartment.
This apartment was huge, light and clean in a great location. Only a two minute walk from the san marcoula vaparetta water taxi. We walked everywhere from here. The apartment has three very large bedrooms the lounge has comfortable furniture and a large well equipped kitchen looking over a cute garden area. Fabulous apartment all round for our family of 5. The host met us and explained everything and all local sights. Thank you.
