What a wonderful place to stay! We were staying in the annex at San Maurizio which was less than a 10 minute walk to San Marco. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. We loved it! Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Amelia and David were so wonderful! The location was perfect. Easy to grab the water taxis or water buses. We loved roaming the streets. Everything is right at your fingertips. David made a reservation at a wonderful restaurant for us. It was just perfection. We can’t wait to come back and stay here.

Great staff with a great location. David and Lia were amazing towards our travel experience. The breakfast was great!!! David was so kind and gave us recommendations for dinner, which turned out great. Lia was also so kind to us. She helped us print out reservations for our train and gave us many travel tips. The location was perfect to get around the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling abroad.

The hotel was a beautifully restored and decorated 500 year old property. The staff was very welcoming and rooms were clean. The breakfast, breakfast room and courtyard were lovely. Lea and staff greeted us with a smile and good food every morning. Plenty of food options can be found within quick walking distance to Stafano Plazza Also this hotel is literally steps from the S Sameule vaparetto stop. Keep in mind it doesn’t pick up in the morning until 10 and no service to it after 8pm. Make sure you know how to make your way to the hotel from the next closest stop. Overall definitely a five star property, location and experience.

Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in the Casanova triple room. Room is on the smaller side but sufficient enough for three people to fit comfortably. Room/bedding/shower were all very clean. This hotel was a short walk to the Vaparetto S. Samuele. I enjoyed how quiet it was and the amount of privacy I had. Small breakfast/coffee bar every morning was nice and the hotel staff was welcoming. Housekeeping came everyday and the room offered a small safe to secure valuables.

Wow, I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! Full service room cleaning daily, awesome breakfast daily, and Lia was amazing! Don’t sleep on this quaint hotel close to everything you want to see. A water taxi station is a two minute walk from the front door. Loved it here would definitely stay again!

Our experience at Ca’ Pagan was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in they made us feel so welcome. The rooms are individually decorated in traditional Venetian style so it feels special rather than cookie cutter. The staff was next level, I cannot say enough about them. Also, they offer a great little breakfast (and yummy cappuccino) which is perfect to start your day. Thanks Ca’ Pagan for making our stay extra special!

The property was situated just off the Grand Canal. Conveniently located the 2nd stop via water taxi from the rail station. This 15th century building was one time a single residence. Appointed to the period and conveniently located to many Venice sites. David the manager did an amazing job at suggesting and making dinner reservations, booked a private city tour and directions to many sites. If we had questions he was reachable by the “What’s up” app. Morning continental breakfast was delicious and served just off the lobby and in the outside court yard. Definitely would stay on our next visit to this beautiful and amazing city. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our Venice visit! Highly RECOMMEND!!

Excellent location - we were placed in the annex which is a short walk away from the main hotel, but this worked out perfectly because we were so close to a lovely view point just a minute away (on the right of the entrance). Excellent staff. AC was not the best, sometimes it would work really well and other times would still feel a bit warm despite it being on the lowest temperature. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
