Beautifully remodeled 5 bedroom / 3 full bathroom home in south Venice. Lots of room for your family fun! Split living spaces and bedrooms make it ideal for 2 families to share a home. Layout includes 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Twin x3) and 2 baths. Other side of the home has another living area with 2 bedrooms (King, queen sofa bed, pull out single chair) and a bath located within the 2nd living area. Queen sofa sleeper is located in the 2nd living area leading with a bath. A door leads to a 4th bedroom with a sofa for a single person to sleep on. The 4th bedroom has 2 doors and is located between the 2nd living area & the 5th bedroom making this space good for kids. The 2nd king bedroom (5th bedroom) has a separate outside entry door into the bedroom for come & go convenience. Beautiful heated pool & screen covered lanai patio for enjoying the outdoors. Just 10 minutes away from Manasota Key & Venice Beach and downtown Venice! Kitchen completely stocked with utensils & cooking equipment. Bedding & towels provided. The home has septic system and well water with brand new Reverse Osmosis filtration system.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Host attentive to our needs. Home was extremely accommodating for a family of 8/ every one had there own space. Tastefully decorated. Pool was wonderful. Location perfect: close to everything we needed, but neighborhood peaceful. Would definitely return.

Great family place
The house was perfect for a family trip. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 of us. Having a pool that we could heat was perfect for the kids because our weather was on the cooler side. If I decide to return to Venice I would definitely check on this place again.

Perfect house for 6 of us
This house was perfect for me, my husband, kids, mother and mother in law. We all had our own area. The common area was spacious enough for all of to gather also. Very clean and decorated perfect! We had a small issue but was resolved very quickly! Very happy with that! If we are in the area again we will definitely be back to this house!

The house was very nice. BBQ, coffee maker, blender,waffle maker were dirty. The dishwasher leaves a white film on the dishes. We hand washed. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall the house was very good for our extended family stay. A sectional couch would be better for seating. We had 9 adults so sitting on chairs is not comfortable for relaxing. The futon could use a mattress cover (we used extra blankets to pad it. The space of the house and number of bathrooms was great for so many people. It is centrally located making it easy for us to visit family in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a family gathering…with bedrooms to support multiple families with kids and 3 bathrooms so everyone could have their own space! Nicely renovated with a great pool and large patio space for relaxing in the sunshine…short drives to the beautiful beaches. Would stay here again.

Nice House/Nice Location
My wife and I along with 3 children and spouses stayed the week of March16-23. The house is in a convenient and quiet area with easy access to grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. The pool area is great, we used it most every day. If we make another family trip to the area, we will definitely check out this house again. Also, the communication was good from start to finish. Meeting The Greats!
My husband and I traveled with our two young grandsons (3 & 1) to FL so they could meet their great grandparents, and great aunts and uncles! This home was perfect! We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young children. The pool was great for before/after our excursions. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, there were chairs and beach toys for beach excursions, and safety gear for the pool. The location was convenient to grocery stores and area attractions. The neighbors were friendly, and the backyard was private. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
