This apartment is located in a busy area of ​​Venice, near Campo Santa Maria Formosa, near the Rialto bridge and not far from Piazza San Marco, but away from the chaos of the tourist routes. The geographical context is ideal because it has windows on two opposite sides, one, to one bedroom has two windows overlooking a small alley, so it's more quiet and cool in summer, the other, with four windows, by a beautiful flower garden it is sunny, because exposed southwest. The presence of two full baths can accommodate families of 4/5 persons or two couples.
The apartment has a nice selection of materials and finishes. The well equipped kitchen has two comfortable floors of white Carrara marble
The rates are discounted depending on length of stay and the presence of children. The living room can become in effect a second bedroom and the common area is the great room kitchen and dining room, which can accommodate 6 people seated. The linen is provided, both the sheets towels, duvets on the beds you have any practical and have use of the soap in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, here you will find the basic necessities, such as sugar, tea, coffee, salt oil .. If of requiring regular you can ask for a baby cot and high chair.

Hidden gem
Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place.

Little Piece of Venetian Heaven
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice quiet location away from the main tourist spots, but not too far to walk to them. Loved this place....it was a little piece of heaven for us!

Comfortable apartment and location
We loved staying at this apartment in Venice. It was our first Venice visit and it was amazing. Our host Sara was excellent! There was a one day Vaporetto strike on the day we arrived and Sara took the initiative to communicate right away with alternative transport options. She booked us a private water taxi which was waiting when we arrived. Thank you Sara! The only small issue was when we requested an extra sheet for the second bed and was told we’d have to pay exta. I thought that kind of request should be included in the rental cost.

Best location
I was there to go to biennial and truly the best location you can have. Sarah was very prompt although we had a little miscommunication at the end, everything was perfect. Only thing that I was confused was that on the website there was a white couch but it was not a white couch. Also it was much more dated than what it looked like in the photos. I would prefer a better comforter that a sheet and at blanket .

A Perfect Place In Venice
Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

Perfect location
This was a very quiet area with few tourists, and within walking distance of the places we wanted to go. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and well supplied. Sara communicated with me using WhatsApp, which was very convenient. She told me how to find a laundromat and a nail salon in addition to suggesting her favorite restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Venice.

Wonderful apartment!

Just what we needed!
The room was perfect and in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, which is such a plus after being in areas where the cruise ships drop off!! But it was still in walking distance to Everything!! Venice is amazing!! Salvatore was punctual and personable and very helpful with whatever information we needed! And even a Video of how to Get to the apartment was included which was a tremendous help! All in all...with the room and Salvatore and the location, it helped make our trip perfect...Thank You!! Arrivederci until next time!! :^)

Wonderful apartment in a quieter area of Venice
We had a wonderful stay here despite the weather being pretty dreadful for the week. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The only disappointment was not having a washing machine. All of the many VRBO apartments we’ve rented had a washer so I didn’t check that item. The apartment is bright and the furniture comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless and comfortable with every detail thought of. It was, as others mentioned, totally central yet quiet and private. Salvatore who was the person who we dealt with with lovely and helpful, in the neighborhood should you need anything (we didn’t). Would happily stay there again.

Charming city; charming apartment!
We loved our time at this apartment in Venice. It’s in a quiet little pocket. It is close to great cafes and shopping. In fact, most of the island is walkable and convenient. Have Google maps ready at all times when you travel! Glad we had this apartment to come back to every night. We were there five days.

We were a little bewildered when we got off the water bus in Venice. And it was night which made it even more confusing.We called Salvatore and he walked over and got us and walked us to the apartment. Once there we were awed by what a beautiful apartment it was. After exploring the neighborhood we were happy to realize the great location we were in. Easy access to everywhere. This apartment made us feel like we were actually living in Venice. It had any amenity you could want.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Castello, right near all the sights, but very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was one of our favorites on our travels through Italy. The bed was very comfortable with crisp linens. Roberto was incredibly accommodating in meeting us and helping us get acquainted with the city. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay here. Francesca and Salvatore were very helpful. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out Sofa). The temperature was comfortable with ceiling fans and an air conditioner. It was very clean and we appreciated having two bathrooms.

Very clean. Roomy for Venice. Good location...close to everything but very quiet and tucked away. They responded quickly to questions and concerns. The host kindly waited and met us at the Veporetto stop. It is a bit of a hike from the boat so do your best to travel light. Tip...allow a lot of time to get to the airport or pay dearly for a water taxi.

Ideal Location/Beautiful Apartment
Fabiola's apartment was the perfect "home base" for our week in Venice. It is centrally located yet VERY quiet. It has high ceilings (see photo), and looks over a beautiful garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable, and it is great to have two bathrooms. The apartment is a short walk from the boat docks as well as the major sites like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's square, as well as small local cafes, shops, etc. It was very easy to communicate with and connect with Riccardo, who navigated us from the boat dock to the apartment the day we arrived. Many thanks, we had a magical visit.
