The location is good. The room was clean but a bit odd over 2 floors. The reception team were very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing in terms of lack of options and quantity. Overall the room was clean and functional.

The place is difficult to find and far from St Mark square. From the airport needed bus and boat transport to the hotel. The hotel is not up to my expectations. No hot water. To be fair, the person in the reception area is very friendly, polite and accommodating to to our needs.

Very shabby hotel, lots of damages, leaking toilets and water damage everywhere, not possible to use courtyard, super friendly service.

Our stay in Venice.
The weather was beautiful and having a courtyard with chairs and table allowed us to sit out in the sun but also enjoy the evening times. Staff were friendly & welcoming, the cleaner done a fantasy job of keeping the room clean & tidy plus replacing all the stuff we needed.

The place was relatively clean but some dust under the furniture. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store right around the corner. Hotel is not easy to find. Small room for 4 people. Prices are high for the amenities.

It's not the image, It's the place.
Me and my partner we book this hotel because was the perfect place for stancy, near to a supermarket and the most important was the location, amazing. But the thing is what get me desappoint me was the room that we gave us, was not the expected image that we saw in the photos, our room was in a kind of atic, smaller let's say. The bed rough and the bathroom no comment, almost broken...
