"Absolutely amazing stay! Staff on reception were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location opposite the water station. Roof terrace had a stunning view and as a solo traveller I would highly recommend staying here. Only negatives are that there wasn't many plug sockets and only English channel on the tv was bbc news, but who needs a tv when in Venice anyway! "

"We have used this hotel before and it is still clean and friendly with helpful and courteous staff. The room and bathroom were an adequate size for a 4 night stay. Breakfast was ok, could be a little better but ok. Great location for amenities. Can be a little noisy outside early in the morning but that is the pay off for the great location. At check in, we were hit with a furnace of heat and the room was similarly far too hot. However, the heating controls were easily turned off in the room and...

"We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast.
