"This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. "Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English."

The amenities are all up-to-date, with a very well-planned kitchen which maximises the use of space. Excellent range of crockery & cutlery, unlike many gîtes in our expeience! The swimming pool is superb and very well maintained by the owners who are charming and on hand to answer any questions, but at the same time respect their guests'...

"Es ist alles super sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und sehr gemütlich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über das Tal und auf Lussan. Der Pool ist so einladend, dass meine Frau trotz der ungewöhnlich kalten Außentemperaturen Anfang November gebadet hat. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen z.B. wandern direkt vom Haus oder klettern (15 Autominuten bei Seynes)... Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt bei unseren...
