Modern, comfortable, spacious house, located in a very quiet area, very close to the Vendres pond, ideal for walks and beaches 7 km away. On one level (note that about fifteen steps must be climbed from the street to access it).
Nice swimming pool out of sight. Security cover.
Trampoline. Available, in addition to the essentials, board games, PS3 and games, books.
Quality bedding. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Bed linen provided on request at an additional cost (10 euros per bed) This includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and pillowcases). Same for the bathroom linen (10 euros for a large towel and a glove)

To enjoy the beautiful days, plancha to cook outside. Garden table and chairs on the terrace. umbrellas
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo machine, toaster, fridge freezer, food processor.
TV and internet. Books, DVD PS3 games available.
Cleaning products are provided as well as two tea towels, two bath mats and two hand towels in the toilet, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets.
At your disposal also vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, brooms, washing machine and dryer. For the pool, games, mattresses, buoys, french fries.
Mosquito nets on bedroom windows.
The strong points: the situation in a very quiet area, bakery, pharmacy, press point, La Poste accessible on foot, swimming pool out of sight, Valras Plage and Vendres Plage beaches at 7 km. Large and medium-sized stores in Sérignan 8 km away. Open on Sunday. Very close to entertainment and outings (tree climbing, horse riding, restaurants). Tennis courts accessible on foot. Béziers 15 minutes by car.
House located 5 minutes from the highway exit.
A deposit of 600 euros by check with identity document will be requested but not cashed, as well as a payment of 70 euros if the cleaning is not done.

We really enjoyed our stay
We liked everything about the property... it was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Location was good too. Really appreciated the blackout blinds. Slight downside was that the neighbour began a major renovation project outside, with large and heavy machinery every day, but this is obviously out of the control of the host. We loved our stay and will return!

Super Ferienhaus in Vendres
Wir waren nunmehr zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus. Durch den Ausbau der Terrasse hat das Haus nochmals an Qualität gewonnen, was eigentlich kaum vorstellbar war. Das Haus ist groß mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Poolbereich lädt zum Laden und Relaxen ein.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Spanien und wollten uns 2 Tage ausruhen um den Rest der Reise anzutreten. Wir würden persönlich empfangen und alle wichtigen Fragen konnten persönlich geklärt werden. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Poolbereich war separat abschließbar, was wir aufgrund unserer Kleinkinder super fanden. Das Haus selber bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man erwartet und mehr. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Merci pour ce séjour, il ne manque vraiment rien à cette maison. Magnifique, bien située. Le premier bémol est la propreté. Dans la réservation est compris un service de nettoyage et désinfection au prix de 100%. Je me suis demandée si ça avait été effectué car (photos a l’appui) il y a des traces de doigts partout, un canapé pas très nettoyé et une trace de chaussure sur le mur d’une chambre. Les traces de doigts sales partout sur les murs et les portes c’était le gros point noir… Le deuxième bémol est la piscine non chauffée. Je n’ai pas fait attention dans l’annonce et j’ai immédiatement regretté ma réservation. Il a plu donc piscine à 23/24 degrés à l’arrivée nous n’en n’avons pas du tout profité et encore moins avec notre bébé qui voyait sa première piscine… Vraiment dommage. Il manque également des tapis dans les sales de bains car je n’avais rien et je suis tombée il y avait plein d’eau par terre. Merci en tous cas pour votre accueil et pour tout le matériel mis à disposition dans la maison.

Ferienhaus in Vendres
Wir haben in der Vergangenheit bereits diverse Ferienhäuser angemietet. Das Haus in Vendres hat jedoch alle bei weitem übertroffen. Größe, Ausstattung Umgebung alles war sehr gut. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets gut und schnell. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden gehabt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.

We had a very lovely stay at your vacation house. Everything was clean and available. A 10 min drive from a big supermarket en the sea. The location of the house was very peaceful. On a passé un trés bon sejour. La maison est formidable. Trés fonctionne et bien fourni pour des enfants. Vendres est une village tres tranquille. Il n’y a pas grand chose. Mais l’environment est superbe. Beaucoup d’activitées pour les petits. Nous sommes trés content.

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung aus dem Inserat. Wir wurden von den Besitzern sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist vollständig ausgestattet, von Spielzeug, Poolutensilien, Küchenausstattung, Fahrräder, Hygieneartikel…alles da. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen und war eine willkommene Abkühlung im Hochsommer, ebenso die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer hatten alle einen Ventilator. Zum wunderschönen und auch im Sommer nicht zu vollen Sandstrand waren es 6km. Der Bäcker ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sagen Dankeschön für den tollen Urlaub!
