"This was our second year at this property, absolutely perfect, beautiful property, fantastic location, 15 minutes walk into the town of Angles, where we had some amazing meals and lovely local bar, 10 minutes drive to the beach, 30 minutes drive to Luçon where we got the train to La Rochelle, there is a super market 5 minutes walk from the property with a petrol station. Can’t fault this property at all, we will definitely return. Thank you Brigitte Sara & Tony Wilde"

Elle est très bien décorée, très bien chauffée (cheminée qui fonctionne parfaitement) et très bien située (à 2 pas de la plage du Vieil). "We chose this property for the reasonable price and proximity to Puy du Fou and it served us well. It is well equipped for cooking (we made 2 dinners) and there a is great selection of food nearby at the Super U. It is especially quiet at night which we appreciated. Somehow I neglected to include our grandson when making the reservation but Jocelyn was most gracious and accommodating of my mistake. There is a good shower and the composting toilet, while unusual, is perfectly fine. I would...

"We had a very relaxing stay at Bretignolles. We loved the property, it was clean and comfortable. The garden was a perfect spot for soaking up the sun. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus. Our hosts were very welcoming and we managed to communicate despite our language differences. We would highly recommend this property. Perhaps clearer instructions as to the position as we did have some difficulty finding it, but this was a minor issue."
