"Our stay was great! Two things to note: we received a wake up call one morning when we didn’t ask for one and at times we received towels that had stains on them. Also, we got caught in the rain one day and asked for 4 towels but only received two. It’s a great small and modern hotel not too far from the main areas of attraction in Lisbon. "

"My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our...

"The hotel is a little dated but it’s super close to the airport, easy to get an uber from, close to a park to walk around, and the staff is lovely! The hotel bar food was actually pretty good as well."

"We stayed in their sister hotel (Epic SANA Marquês during the summer for one night! We decided to stay in Epic SANA Lisboa this time! We loved this hotel and decided to extend our stay! "Fantastic hotel, short walk to downtown. Located by the river, with a beautiful view. Property in pristine conditions, combine comfort with wonderful pieces of antiques. The staff was very helpful, and really showed how welcoming we were. We will certainly come back."

"We found it really great price and quality for a 2 star hotel. Clean, staff speaks English well and is very helpful, it was quiet and beds were very comfortable. 24 hours restaurant on site is a huge plus, even though portions were quite small and pricey, but it was delicious. Very comfortable location for the bus station. Will be back again."

"El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de todo. En nuestro caso despedimos el año en la Plaza del Comercio y en minutos llegamos caminando al hotel. Muy cerca de la estacion del tren Baixa. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor y el elevador de Santa Justa justo al doblar la calle. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero eso no nos afectó en nada. El cuarto con balcón y vista a la ciudad es excelente. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron recomendaciones para restaurantes....

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado.
