"The instructions for arrival were detailed and helpfully so. It didn’t detract from the excitement of the drive though. You need a car big enough to tackle the terrain and small enough to fit the track! The house was spotless and very well equipped. There was a thoughtful welcome basket including wine and pasta. "Well situated home on beautiful property perfect for day trips to surrounding beach, wineries, small hilltop tuscan villages plus the big ones Lucca Pisa Florence . Helpful host with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Welcome gifts of local wine, homemade jam, and fresh eggs from the chickens. Down side? No air- conditioning for those hot tuscan days as are most homes but manageable with fans and shaded property."

"Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. "We just finished staying in a very charming home with two bedrooms and one and one half bath that was perfect. It was a nice size for a couple or small family and overlooked the surrounding mountains. The views were great and full of lush green trees. It was nice having the swimming pool in the backyard with 100% privacy. Mossimo the host was great to work with!"
