"Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, was daran lag, dass die Dame kein englisch sprach und ich kein slowakisch. Somit mussten wir uns mittels Übersetzungsapp behelfen. Darüber hinaus, gab es Unstimmigkeiten, über die Anzahl der Gäste. Man ging davon aus, dass ich alleine anreisen würde. Von den Kindern, welche beim Buchungsprozess mit angegeben wurden, wusste man nichts. "Na miejscu okazało się, że w pokoju dla 4 osób jest jedno łóżko dwuosobowe. Próby wyjaśniania tematu z personelem były nieprzyjemne, każda kolejna osoba przekierowywała temat dalej. Osoba, z biura TatryTop, z którą rozmawiałam telefonicznie była opryskliwa i stwierdziła wręcz, że powinnam wiedzieć, że pokój nr 3 jest dwuosobowy (nie wiem skąd) i sama sobie jestem winna. "I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "
