"We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. The location is perfect for an easy drive to great restaurants, chateaus, grocery stores, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us, and there is loads of space for them to wander although it isn’t enclosed. "Our second time staying at Maison Des Roses. That we came back indicates we like the area and property. Second time was even better than the first. The house felt even more homely - and we had a perfect stay enjoying the garden and pool, with occasional trips out. "Corrine was amazing host, house is beautiful, well appointed and ideal for a group of 6 adults or a family with children, great pool and garden. communication with the host was great. the weather was unusually wet and windy for the dordogne in september,but at this property that was no problem, we still used the pool and garden and loved travelling in the area."

"A delightful property in a stunning location in the middle of the Dordogne countryside. The house has plenty of grounds in which to roam or play and the family particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. All facilities are provided in the house and if we wanted any additional equipment, such as a barbeque, we only had to ask. Eileen and Richard were the perfect hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We had a perfect, relaxing week and will definitely be returning."

"Stayed earlier this year and the hosts were just as good as the first time. They emailed us on the day to say the rental was ready or us, this was ahead of the scheduled time so it was a bonus. Its a great place to stay for exploring the area. Welcome pack in the fridge (wine and beer). "

"This very clean and comfortable cottage is in the country a short drive from Sainte Emilion. Quiet, pastoral setting. It was out base for drives in the area and for a relaxing time at the end of the day. We opted for the breakfast which was very reasonable and delish - yougurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay."

"Location assez rustique par rapport a l'annonce mais le propriétaire est super et a l'écoute,le cadre et très bien auusi ,apéritif sur la terrasse au milieux des poules ânes et la surprise d'un chevreuil.super pour la déconnections et les ballades en forêt ."

"Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite....

"We had a very pleasant stay at Les Grands Vignobles. Laurie was welcoming and friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all facilities you could want and we enjoyed the outside space with the view onto the vineyard. "

"For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "
