Villa with heated pool and hot tub

This is a 5-bedroom villa in Vélieux near Minerve with a heated private swimming pool, bubble bath and view of the Pyrenees. You can spend an amazing holiday here with a large family.

The medieval Minerve Fort nestles in a breathtaking setting: the gorges carved into the limestone of the Causses and covered with plants. Vélieux is in a hilly region with forests and vineyards offering a panoramic view of unprecedented beauty. You can visit La Caunette of Aigues-Vives. There are many marked hiking trails and biking routes. You can also enjoy canoeing and horse riding here. The town center is at 200 m. Restaurant La Cave and Cafe de la Place coffee house is also nearby.

The open kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. Meals can be enjoyed on the furnished terrace when the weather is nice. The garden is perfect to relax in the fresh air or read a book. There is a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. Parking is available. Up to 2 pets are allowed for free.

Great locations most beautiful views both day and night. Reception and problems was dealt with quickly. The layout is great for 2 family’s as 2 en-suites are down stairs ( there is no door between bedroom and toilet/shower) and kids upstair. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out. Some garden games are provided This property is looking tired with with a few issues thought broken tiles in bathroom, sockets left with no fronts on or very loose from the wall, the hot tub broke and seemed to be aging , ants where trailing though the upstairs bed. To sum up if your like to be away from it all and spend time together around the pool and garden this is perfect as issues do t really matter when your having fun.

Außergewöhnliche Aussicht über das Tal, ruhiges und schönes Dorf. Viele gute Betten. Schönes Schwimmbad. Möbel etwas veraltet, zu viele persönliche Gegenstände noch im Haus. Whirlpool nicht verfügbar. Kein Wäschetrockner. Die Küche ist nicht groß genug für eine Familie mit mehr als 6 Personen. Im Hochsommer ist es eine Herausforderung, die Wärme draußen zu halten, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Great location
House was clean and well equipped. Pool and hot tub great . Beds comfy. Only issue was anyone walking upstairs was very loud downstairs..so overnight quite disturbing to everyone. There was no check in or details left . The person of contact never appeared and we had to ring round to get the key . Pool man was brilliant though and came out as required.person of contact

Goede ontvangst, zeer behulpzame mensen. Mooie locatie, rustige omgeving. Wel enkele opmerkingen: - Woning en tuin was onverzorgd en weinig onderhouden. - Zwembad was niet proper doordat robot niet werkte. - Toilet op het gelijkvloers spoelde niet door, ook problemen met afvoer van lavabo in de slaapkamer. - Er was een barbecue aanwezig maar die was zeer klein en vervuild. Kon zeker niet gebruikt worden voor het aantal personen die in de woning kunnen. - Heel wat problemen om wasmachine in gang te krijgen. Uiteindelijk toch gelukt maar bepaalde kledingstukken waren verbrand of gescheurd.

Super mooie omgeving en wat een rust , heerlijk wandelen we zijn hier met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen geweest , de ontvangst was prima ( en in het Nederlands) , het zwembad en jacuzzi was zeer proper en goed op temperatuur, alles is aanwezig top huis !!!

mooie en attenvolle ontvangst -sfeervol huis met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen. Werden op onze wenken bediend bij problemen. Enkel minpunt : de oprit heeft tussen straat en oprit wat putten en niveauverschillen, daar heeft vooral onze wagen een blijvend aandenken : het spatbord onderaan voor is gekraakt en ook achteraan krassen. Misschien daar wat aandacht aandacht voor, niet iedereen rijdt met en Jeep. Anders super vakantie, ,prachtig wee, lekker alleen.

Calme et reposant
Le gite est situé dans un village très calme. La vue, le jacuzzi et la piscine (chauffée) incitent à la détente. Les personnes ressources sur place sont adorables et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.
