Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing"

"We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean. We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great. Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating."

"It's one of the best budget friendly hotels in pune and is situated in the prime location with close proximity to all good restaurants. Delivery from outside is allowed till the room and the staff is more than friendly to assist with any issue. "
