"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. "Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. "Schönes Haus und alles wie in der Beschreibung. Leider könnte es etwas sauberer sein, wir haben an vielen Ecken Sand gefunden (auf den Stühlen, Matratzen, teilweise Boden). Der Geschirrspüler sollte einmal überprüft werden, da er nicht wirklich sauber wäscht. Die Sicherung fliegt bei der Benutzung der Sauna ab und zu raus und der Garten könnte etwas liebe und vor allem Wasser gebrauchen. Weitere Büsche oder eine Hecke als Sichtschutz hinter dem Klettergerüst wären schön. Ansonsten aber ein...
