Magnificent old farmhouse completely renovated, located on a farm of 30. 000m2 planted with subtropics. It has magnificent views of the sea and the valley, ideal for rest while having its privileged location to know the area, just 500 meters. of the A7205 road, with a wide paved road to reach it.

Bright and flirty house, it consists of:
 living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and with direct access to one of the porches and the pool area
two large bedrooms, the main one with direct access to the pool area and with views (from the bed) to the sea and the valley and the second bedroom with capacity for 5 people, with 3 beds of 90 cm. and with an original loft where a bed for two people is located. It has a bathroom with a large shower tray. The outdoor area is very wide, it is fully enclosed and consists of two wooden covered porches of 25 m2 each and an outdoor lawn area, 7 x 3 m pool. , great terrace-gazebo next to the pool and barbecue, also consists of an outside toilet next to the pool.

Me quedaría a vivir. Todo nuevo, limpio y acogedor. La habitación de los niños y mi padre es espectacular. Me ha encantado todo. En cuanto podamos volveremos a repetir.

Trapiche stay.
I always say you get what you pay for and for the money it’s good. Is it luxurious, no but more than adequate. Rosa and her husband, lovely, helpful people. Trapiche village isn’t the most lively place but not a bad location to travel from. Do go to the local market on a Tuesday, I loved it. Loved Torre del Mar beach front and about 40 mins to Malaga, a glorious city. Would I recommend for seven people, no but as four or five, yes. As second bedroom has 5 beds, doukd being on a mezzanine. We spent a month here and were very happy.

Wieder mal sehr schön!
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Villa. Und wieder war es sehr schön. Die Nähe zu Torre del Mar, Nerja und Malaga sowie Marbella macht das schöne Haus zu einer hervorragenden Basis für Ausflüge. Aber auch faulenzen am Haus ist erholsam, nicht zuletzt wegen des schönen sauberen Pools. Interessenten sollten wissen, dass es ohne Auto hier nicht geht. Also eigenes Auto oder Leihwagen kalkulieren. Die Kommunikation mit Rode und ihrer Familie war wie immer perfekt!

Gemütliches Bauernhaus
Gemütlich, schön eingerichtetes restauriertes Bauernhaus. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen Sommerurlaub da. Rosa ist jederzeit erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle wenn was ist. Ohne Auto ist man da aufgeschmissen, wir waren aber mit Auto angereist.

Relax y disfrute
Agradable casita para estar con la familia y donde los niños disfrutan. A la piscina le da el sol hasta el anochecer, por lo que los niños disfrutan más de ella y el agua se mantiene calentita.

Das Objekt wird als "Ganzes Haus" angeboten = das ist falsch. Es handelt sich um ein Wohnungsteil eines geteilten Hauses. Man wohnt Wand an Wand mit jeweiligen Nachbarn, jedes Wort/Musik ist zu verstehen, zwei Terrassen sind durch eine dünne Holztür getrennt, was für mindestens eine Partei die Nutzung dieser Terrasse unmöglich macht. Die zweite Haushälfte wird u.a. über das Portal "expedia" als Veranstaltungs- und Partylocation anbeboten + vermietet, was mittlerweile in Spanien gern gemacht wird. 3 x pro Woche kommen für 2/3 Tage Teams von Teenies und ältere Semester abfeiern: je nach Gusto Techno-Beats bis morgens um 6:00, oder über die Karaoke-Anlage der Wohnung 2 für knapp die gleiche Zeit der Versuch im Vollrausch spanische Traditionsmucke mitzugrölen. Das Ganze ist justiziabel und riecht nach Rückerstattung. Wir mußten mit sofortigem Auszug in ein feines Hotel drohen und dem ganzen Lametta hinterher. Nach vier bis fünf WhatsApp hat die gute Gastgeberin Rosa den Leuten mit der Polizei gedroht, 00:20h !, dann wars für ne Weile (etwas) moderater. Auch ich mußte bei neuen Gästen diese Drohung aussprechen, wär es nicht der vorletzte Tag gewesen, waren wir entschlossen, die Sache zum Streitfall zu machen. Rosa hat sich sehr gekümmert, das Objekt ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. WLAN aber oft unbrauchbar. Flugplatz in 500m: am Weekend Luftbrückenfeeling. Aufgrund der Fakten nur ein Stern, der zweite ist für Rosa. Gesamtwertung = NICHT empfehlenswert.

La casa es perfecta, no le falta detalle y la estancia maravillosa, la piscina y la barbacoa es un gran plus para disfrutar de unos días de relax. El único problema han sido los mosquitos, pero eso no es cosa de la vivienda. En definitiva, perfecta para repetir!

Emplacement magnifique
Petite maison située dans un endroit magnifique avec un accès relativement facile et une très belle vue. Piscine très agréable et nettoyée deux fois par semaine Seul petit détail à soulever la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre location appartenant au même propriétaire mais aucun vis à vis. Ce qui pourrait éventuellement engendré quelques nuisances sonores Mais cela reste une très bel endroit pour passer de magnifique vacances en Andalousie. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles.

Quel dommage !
Cette maison a tout pour plaire et sa propriétaire est charmante, mais nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner dans la piscine tant est été sale et aucun entretien pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour . Les équipements de cuisine mériteraient d’être vérifiés et complétés : un plateau, un tire bouchon, un couvert à salade par exemple . Bref un bel endroit qui mériterait plus d’attention et de nettoyage (confettis et ballons d’ne fête précédente toujours la )pour devenir parfait . Dommage.

Wieder sehr schön!
Das Haus war wieder super, kleinere An- und Umbauten haben es noch schöner gemacht, als bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt. Für uns ist es perfekt. Ohne Mietwagen geht nichts, aber wir wollten genau diese Abgeschiedenheit. Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit werden wir auch noch ein drittes Mal buchen.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente, tanto por las instalaciones (no le falta un detalle) ni por la ubicación y tranquilidad. Un lugar de lujo donde poder ir a desconectar. Además de tener un trato fabuloso con su dueña Rosa, una mujer encantadora y muy servicial. Repetiremos sin duda alguna!!!
