"Lovely house in an excellent location. Everything was clean and tidy as to be expected. John was great. He called round and mended the washing machine as soon as I contacted him and was very flexible and accommodating with requests. "The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...
