"Average hotel, notthing special, average rooms, average cleaniness , bad smell at the stairs and some of the staff, especially restaurant looks not very interesting of greeting the guests, taking the order or approaching the guest table."

"Ich habe im März die Villa Lumiere besucht und meine Buchung online abgeschlossen und vollständig bezahlt. Leider musste ich vor Ort erneut bezahlen, da angeblich keine Zahlung eingegangen sei. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. ..."
