"Was apparently a Best Western prior to this (still listed as Best Western on apple maps). It felt like a Best Western kind of room. Laminate floors, there was actually no artwork in our room, dated bathroom, no air conditioning (which is maybe typical here?), not particularly nice but totally fine - felt like a mid-level hotel that had been painted and given a nice entrance. Black out blind was a pull down roller blind over a window, not typical hotel black out curtains - that kind of thing. Service was great - hats off to the front desk team, the restaurant team, super helpful and friendly. Food was very expensive for what it was. It felt a bit like we were paying Hotel Scandic prices for Best Western kind of holiday. Which is maybe fine? Awesome location - quiet, walkable to the shopping areas, historic areas, water, easy parking. Loved all that."

"Very nice hotel with old world charm, nice view of the water, and accommodating staff. They served breakfast starting at 7am instead of 8 just to accommodate us since we mentioned we had to take the ferry at 8:30 from Ærøskøbing. And the breakfast was amazing! "

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt bridge. Huge parking lot. Clay tennis court across the street; unsure if its public. I would stay here again. "

"The property is gorgeous. The surrounding areas to hike are so beautiful. Lego land was fun. I prefer no contact entry but it was nice to talk and check in with the owner. The beds and spot to sleep upstairs are not good for anyone over 5’5 inches you will hit your head. The shower was very small. I would have preferred a detailed check in / check out procedure. The TV did not work. The outside of Denmark was gorgeous. I prefer a little bit more space. Otherwise the place was cute but also a little too small."

"Reservation said lock box information would be provided - I thought I would get an email. Maybe add on reservation that there is an intercom system at front door available at all times and instructions will be provided. Worked great and hotel was convenient. Thanks. "
