Appartement not as pictured
The house was not as pictured on the photos. It was a little filthy, very dark und smelled bad. There was mold in the bathroom and I think this is where the small came from. Pool was clean. Checkin and communication was good.

Die Lage in den Bergen war wie von uns gewünscht. Die Ferienunterkunft ließ wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben für viel Geld uns Bettwanzen eingefangen. Die Unterkunft war dunkel und sehr feucht/klamm. Es war ungemütlich und sehr abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung lieblos und alt. Der Schließzylinder der Eingangstür war nicht gängig. Das Sofa... das ist derart durchgesessen, daß es kein Vergnügen war darauf Platz zu nehmen. Das Bett.....wir waren jedesmal froh wenn die Nacht vorüber war.Die Ausstattung der Decken... ja auch die luden nicht zum Kuscheln ein. Es gibt noch eine Menge zu sagen, doch das Wichtigste ist schon gesagt. Der Eigentümer sollte doch zunächst mit offenen Augen seinen Besitz sichten. Alles in allem haben wir das Beste aus unserem Urlaub gemacht und können auf keinen Fall diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Das Dorf selber war sehr freundlich und einladend. Wir hatten schöne Wanderausflüge in der näheren Umgebung und mit der Wahl unseres Standortes waren wir sehr zufriedenHanna und Piet Backens

Schönes Häuschen in absolut ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung
Das "Lomo Caballo" ist ein inseltypisches Häuschen mit Garten und sehr schönem Rundumblick und zwei Terrassen und Grill. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und erholsam. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet im ländlichen Stil und bietet alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. In allen Zimmern gibt es Heizungen, wir haben abends die im Wohnzimmer gebraucht, da es sehr kalt draußen war (< 8 Grad). Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil und schmal, aber machbar. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse und man kann auf dem Grundstück parken (ein kleines Auto ist vorteilhaft). Die Kücheneinrichtung könnte ein klein wenig besser sein (z.B. fehlten scharfe Messer, stabiles Sieb, Saftpresse, Gemüseschäler). Das Doppelbett ist ca. 1,40 m breit, in dem anderen Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Einzelbetten. Man erreicht den Ortskern von Vega de San Mateo (und seinen lebhaften Bauernmarkt sowie diverse Geschäften) in ca. 3 Min. mit dem Auto oder 20 Min. zu Fuß. Nach Teror und Tejeda sind es ca. 30 Min. mit dem Auto, zum Flughafen ebenso. Uns hat es gefallen :-) !
