"Centrally located, security conscious, easy check in with complimentary drinks. Room huge with 2 comfortable big beds. Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Large shower room with scales and complimentary shower gel and Shampoo. "

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"I had moved from the Sheraton which is a few miles away. This hotel was not as good as Sheraton but yet more expensive. Really disappointing "

"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent . "
