Holiday home with Jacuzzi for 6 persons-Lenzerheide

The 4.5 room holiday flat is located in the property on the Voa Sporz in the house Val Di Lai. The flat is quiet and centrally located. In a few minutes you are in the centre of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and a connection to the sports bus.
The flat has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south-facing balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with shower/WC and a guest WC. Our guests also have access to a whirlpool on the upper floor on the south-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue dishes.
For your car, there is a garage space in the underground garage and a visitors' parking space in front of the house.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Perfekt ausgestatte Wohnung mit viel Charme

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mit dem Jacuzzi alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und sehr bequem. Auch die Austattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. So kann man sich ein feines Raclette oder Fondue in der Winterwelt gönnen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Da die Heizanlage mit einem Timer ausgestattet ist, würde ich den Timer entfernen während den Wintermonaten. Zusätzlich empfiehlt sich eine kurze Anleitung für neue Besucher, dass man die Heizung jeweils nicht zu hoch aufdreht, sonst fällt die Sicherung heraus. Auch wäre es gut zu wissen, dass man den Jacuzzi die ganze Zeit laufen lassen sollte. Übrigens war es auf Booking nicht klar, dass in diesem Preis der Jacuzzi nicht inklusive ist. Vielleicht könnten sie dies noch nachtragen. Besten Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Unterstützung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
