The cross-country ski run is directly in front of the house. The apartment has a parking space in the garage.
The flat is suitable for active sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet who are considerate of the other residents of the house. The living room and bedroom face south and the balcony enjoys sunshine all day.
