Modern and stylish Lake house

Please note that in high season, 24 june - 27 august, it is only possible to rent the house on weekly basis, changeover day saturday.

Our beautiful Lake house is spacious and attractively decorated. The large kitchen/dining area go together well with the bright living room, which is the house’s central space, with a nearly 6 meter high ceiling, fireplace and picture windows with a scenic view of the natural surroundings and direct access to the terrace and the lake.

The main house has five cosy bedrooms with two single beds in each room, that can be placed together or separated, and one bedroom with one single bed. The huse has two bathrooms. One with shower and toilet, the other with a shower, washing machine and toilet.

The lovely terrace is furnished with sumptuous lounge furniture in wicker. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity, the garden, the evening sun, or just enjoy relaxing well into the early hours. Should there be a little shower, the dinner from the house grill can be enjoyed on the covered terrace.

PS: Not that we think you will have time for it, but there is of course smart TV with a google chromecast.

Electricity consumption must be paid with 0,5 euro per used kwh.

Additional services that we offer:
Fee for bringing your dog is 70 euro.
Final cleaning, 200 euro.
Linen (bedclothes, towel and kitchencloths) 16 euro per person.
Firewood, 12 euro per sack.

we had the most amazing weekend there. The location of the house was super. Peaceful and quiet. From the hot top there is a beautiful view of the surroundings indcluding a small lake. The houses are styled with modern equipment with everything you need. It is clearly the most beautiful house we have visited to date. I just have to mention the landlord ... A super nice couple. Very helpful with everything. They could tell everything about the area. where to shop and so on.

Le but était de réunir toute la Famille, Parents, Enfants et Petite-enfants sur la terre des ancêtres. Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr modern und gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer hat eine tolle und warme kuschlige Atmosphäre geschaffen. Der Hot Tub war unser abendliches Highlight mit Blick auf den See! Kim, unser Vermieter hat uns super mit Holz ausgestattet und versorgt. Mit ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten für unsere Gruppe mit 9 Personen, Innen wie Außen auf der Terasse. Auch in der Küchenausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben regelmäßig für uns alle gekocht. Einfach toll! Die Autos stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Einzigsten Verbesserungsvorschlag den wir haben, wäre eine Info in der Hausbeschreibung, dass die 2 Zimmer auf der Galerie offen sind und keine Türen zum restlichen Haus haben, das wäre gut zu wissen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist von der Anfrage bis hin zur Abwicklung stets sehr freundlich und zuverlässig gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Wir können das Ferienhaus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

The lakehouse we stayed in was amazing. Although it was pouring with rain, we still enjoyed our stay very much. The owners welcomed us and were really helpful in the process leading up to our stay. The only disadvantage could be the distance to several larger cities. Especially if the ski slopes are closed. On the other hand, the nature (forests) is really nice.

Great location for family vacation, great new house, perfect location for relaxing, quiet in the forest. Using the hot tub in the evening/night is great for coming down and relaxing. House is fully equipped and enough space even if you need some time for your self. Shopping is 7 minutes away. The seaside you can reach in half an hour. For the kid's is nearby an adventure park. Communication with Susanne and Kim was perfect an uncomplicated. Payment of extra costs (wood, electricity) could be done via card at the checkout.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in einem komfortablen, großen und gemütlichen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden vom Vermieter freundlich und aufmerksam betreut. Das Haus bietet für eine so große Gruppe (9 Erwachsene) ausreichend Platz. Zwei große Esstische (drinnen und draußen), ein gemütlicher Wohnzimmerbereich und bequeme Terrassenmöbel. Vier separate Schlafzimmer (Doppel) und ein offener Schlafboden (3 Betten) sowie zwei moderne Badezimmer, eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gab viel Platz für Lernen und Freizeit.
