"I would like to say first, I absolutely loved my entire stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very accommodating. Especially Juan (very special thank you!) whom was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful towards me as well as my friends and family whom also stayed at the hotel. "Hotel was centric. We were able to walk to several landmarks including the Eiffel Towel. The room itself was comfortable. As family with small kid we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the suite. The breakfast was amazing; the lounge was a little small and felt little bit packed. The personnel speaks English and Spanish; very helpful with getting us information on transportation to move around Paris. "
