"We stayed one night on the way to the south of France. Hotel was perfect for a stopover. Very clean with lovely staff. Rooms are functional but bed was comfy and shower was hot. Excellent breakfast. "The apartment itself was pretty good. Excellent bathroom and a large lounge. It would be good to have some furniture on the balcony. The surrounding area is quiet and a fair distance from any shops or restaurants. The staff, when you could get hold of them. We were staying in Nevers for the motorcycle world championship at nearby Magny Cours. Three days here is long enough."

The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes walk away which was fine."

"The staff was so kind and even though there was a language barrier they tried there hardest to make sure we were welcomed and to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was a bit small, but for one night we managed fine. The only easy feedback to owners would be to upgrade the pillows to something that is more than an inch thick, but overall we were happy and would stay there again, because they were over the top welcoming."
