"Easy access to ferry port was met and shown round the house which was very clean and had everything we needed. Use of garden on the sunny days was good. Showers beds and accommodation was to a very good standard. We were a party of 3 couples with push bikes. Would certainly book again"

Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful! The property a great base for exploring Normandy, we had great day trips to Mont St Michel and the D Day beaches. Would highly recommend L en bar quai restaurant (leave room for dessert!!). "We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views from the backyard was stunning. I'm assuming the part of the house we stayed in was the pool house. It is connected to the owners home. Although he was right next door, we had no issues at all. He gave us our privacy and our own yard. We brought our 2 dogs with us as well.
