"The confirmation said that the reception would be open from 8 am to 10 pm. We arrived at 3 pm and no one was there. I followed instructions about self check in but was told electronically that the room was not ready. The telephone number did not work. I called Hotels and they contacted the proprietor who asked for my name an reprogrammed the computer check in. It did no fact work and we checked in . The balance of the service was excellent. "

"The room I'm we were given was adjacent to the kitchen. Basically, that room should be decommissioned. They were banging away till 11:30 pm making it impossible to rest. "This is a relatively inexpensive hotel so I don't expect lots of extras. It was relatively clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage make sure your muscles are in good order. Grouting in the bathroom could use a bit of a scrub in places and as a personal preference I don't like showers over bathtubs as they are potentially dangerous. "I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain.
