"Casa Milu on the quiet Salgado Beach south of Nazare is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. The lodging is a short walk downhill to an uncrowded beach--a great place to watch the sunset! For swimming the bay at Soa Martinho do Porto a few miles south seems better (although Milu did warn us that on windy days the fine sand gets in your face). We did not have a beach day even though we brought our swimming suits. We spent our time exploring the region (a rental car is almost a must...

"The house was in a great location , near a beach & only a stones throw from Santa Cruz if you wanted more bars , restaurants etc Despite the fact it is on one level above the owners parents it was completely private and you never felt over looked and had sole access to the pool etc Facilities good and property met expectation and would definitely revisit ."

"We enjoyed our stay here - although parking was a huge challenge. The unit came as advertised and was in a great location. We did a self check in, so no need to connect directly with the property manager. However she was a bit slow to respond on check in day when we needed assistance with the wifi. And the only info we could find in the unit was in Portuguese. "

"Nice modern house with wonderful views. Amazing sunsets. Our manager Angelina was very professional. There was a technical issue outside of the house that was beyond her immediate control but she did everything possible to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. "Great communication from booking the property until our day of arrival - and a welcome pack of many essentials is a lovely touch. Plenty of space in the town house and nice outdoor areas to sit and have breakfast and lunch. Fantastic location for the pools and golf driving range/practice area. The golf clubhouse is a short walk too if you don't want to get the car for food and drink."

Every little thing was extra (like towel rentals, no class yoga only private lessons) which wasnt a big deal but still different from what we are used to.
