"It was a very old building so it had no elevator. I had the top floor unit #14 and the front desk mgr, Natalie helped carry my 55# baggage up to 3 flights of stairs. She was very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was always very polite and was good in keeping the rooms clean and towels replaced. The shower was NOT good because the handspray would get the floor all wet because there was no 3rd glass wall to keep the shower contained. "

"The room’s carpet was very dirty and it was clear that the daily cleaning of the room’ floor was deficient. There were no glasses to drink water. In 8 days never changed towels neither bed sheets."

"Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome.
