"The location allowed us to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was useful and the hosts provided cookies and treats that our family appreciated. We also appreciated an American coffee maker. Check in was easy. The hosts were friendly and communicative. We loved our stay."

"Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Walkable to great shopping and iconic places. Lots of restaurants and a cute patisserie almost nextdoor. We stayed over Christmas Eve and were very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pullout couch and son upstairs in lofted bedroom with my husband and I in the second. Plenty of room and everyone slept well."

"The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our 11-day vacation stay. The location in a quiet residential area is very convenient, just up the street from the San Pietro train station and within walking distance of the Vatican. "The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. "Very friendly hosts with helpful communication and smooth check in process. Great location 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious, secure accommodation with everything you need - although a kettle would be a great addition. Only issue is some damp smells in the apartment. "

"Enjoyed our stay near Vatican City. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for family of 5."

"Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

"This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

"Emmanuela helped us with the details for using the train to get into Rome as there is no information online. But it all works as she said it would. Helpful to have your own transport to stay here. The parking is 100 m away."

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."
