The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the sofa bed as it was broken. We did inform the owner who said she was aware it was broken but didn’t say it would be fixed or a new sofa bought. "What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. "Well where to start..it was our base for two weeks in Normandy..taking in all the history dday ect..he building is beautiful is of a fantastic solid wall construction.with thatched roofs.. The owner was great and answered qurues quickly. I am marrued to a beutifull swiis lady..who has high expectations regarding cleanliness.. And my farther was supposed to be visiting at 80 years if age in good health and walks very reasonably..and us slightly overweight..if he had arrived he would never have...

The communication with the owner was excellent from the time of the booking to the understanding and the support when I had to cancel at the last minute. "Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing. Caen and the D Day landing...

"Karen's cottage is a wonderful place to really get away from it all. The cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is very private with a view of a meadow with cows. The only sound we heard was the buzzing of the bees. Karen is a nice hostess, responds quickly and accurately. Moreover, so is also very nice. In short, we recommend this cottage to everyone. And it could just be that we ourselves come to stay here again"
