"Highly recommend! We absolutely loved the Garage! The surroundings were gorgeous, and it very easy to find. The property itself was spacious, spotless, well equipped and lovely as well! Check in was easy, and Anna, Siggi and Einar were very helpful both at check in and prior to arriving, sending detailed and helpful instructions. I would warn that this is quite remote, so it isn’t too close to supermarkets. However, this is made very clear in the check in instructions and as such we were well prepared. What made this property really stand out and make this perfect was the little extras that made us feel valued and well looked after. For instance the access to a central kitchen with extra cooking supplies if we needed them, homemade cakes for us to help ourselves to, a funny and informative welcome booklet and access to a hot tub in the most beautiful of surroundings (although we didn’t use this). After our experience here, we were sad that we only booked to stay one night and would definitely come back if we visit Iceland again. "

"We were leaving early on our last day and the staff prepared us a breakfast to go the night before. Highly recommend staying here. Very cozy and the food was delicious. The showers were lovely after a long day of hiking and being outdoors."

"Lovely stay. Rooms got a little too hot with both heaters on but easy to air out with the windows. Could use a few more towel hooks for the four people. Super clean and easy to find. Sound proof too! "
