"The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. The bartender was very accommodating to our dogs and seating arrangements. There were no available seats in the main area, so he was granted permission to take a seat in the exclusive private poker room. He was incredibly personable, making our evenings enjoyable. Equally impressive was the night front desk staff member, who greeted us warmly and provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were particularly thrilled with how dog-friendly the entire hotel was, as the staff made both us and our furry friend feel right at home. Our experience was so positive that we can’t wait to return, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and accommodating place to stay."
