It is located in front of the Ospedale del Ponte, in the square with many services (bar, snack, pastry shop, tobacconist's bakery), the beautiful Villa Augusta park a few meters away and the supermarket 600 meters away.

Skøn lejlighed tæt på centrum.
Det var anden gang vi var i Varese. Begge gange har vi lejet Franciscas lejlighed. Den ligger tæt på centrum, tæt på indkøb, og alt er i skønneste orden. Tillige er der en garage tilknyttet lejligheden,som betyder meget ,når man er kørende i egen bil.

La belle vie
Appartement très confortable, très agréable, joliment décoré, bien situé à Varèse à la fois pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de la ville et pour se rendre à la gare ferroviaire. Très bon accueil de Francesca, la propriétaire, qui parle bien français et qui est de très bon conseil pour les balades. La position géographique de cet appartement permet de visiter les lacs Majeur et de Côme, et leurs jolies villes qui les bordent. Nous avons également visités bon nombre de très belles villes italiennes (le centre de Milan est à voir absolument, très facile d'accès par le train depuis Varèse, arrivée gare de Milan Cadorna, le reste se fait très bien à pied.) Nous avons même poussé le plaisir jusqu'à nous rendre à Venise, c'est un peu loin de Varèse mais nous avons été enchantés de découvrir cette ville atypique à la renommée mondiale. Nous nous y sommes rendus par l'autoroute, circulation très dense, compter une heure et demie de plus que ce que les sites spécialisés annoncent. Nous avons loué deux nuits à l'hôtel Magnolia de Préganziol à quelques kilomètres au sud de Trévise que nous avons d'ailleurs visitée. La gare ferroviaire est située à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de l'hôtel, le train nous emmène au centre de Venise, gare Santa Lucia. Cela nous paraît être la bonne formule pour visiter Venise. Au retour de cette escapade vénitienne nous avons déjeuné sur la Place Bra de Vérone avec vue sur les arènes. Ces vacances italiennes resteront inoubliables.

Über den Dächern von Varese
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu Ostern in Varese sehr genossen. Im 6. Stock bequem mit dem Aufzug, Tiefgaragenplatz, immer Sonne auf einem der beiden Balkone, eine prima ausgestattete Küche, der Bäcker unten im Haus - was will man mehr?! Franesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Obwohl sie zu unserer Zeit selbst im Urlaub war, hat sie uns per WhatsApp perfekt betreut, dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank!! Varese bietet eine hübsche Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants (auch hier gab Francesca eine ganze Liste mit Tipps). Villa Panza und der Sacre Monte sind kulturell ein Muss. Und zum Lago Maggiore fährt man kaum eine halbe Stunde, das darf man nicht verpassen. Saluti aus dem Ruhrgebiet!!

Helle und saubere Wohnung mit guter Betreuung
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hell. Sie hat längliche Balkone auf beiden Seiten. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht. Alle Fenster besitzen Rolladen. Die Vermieterin spricht Französisch und Englisch. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, gibt viele Ratschläge und ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux
Appartement spacieux, lumineux, confortable et bien agencé. Son emplacement est parfait pour visiter la régions lacs et seulement à 10 mn du centre ville. La propriėtaire Francesca est très accueillante, elle nous a beaucoup renseignė sur les visites à faire, restos ... et était disponible si besoin elle parle bien français un réel avantage pour nous

Appartement spacieux bien situé à Varese à mi chemin du lac majeur et de Côme. Au dernier étage d’un immeuble avec ascenseur. Garage fermé disponible gratuitement. Bien équipé (lave-vaiselle, lave-linge, four) . La propriétaire Francesca est à l’écoute et disponible si besoin. Et en plus elle parle bien français ! Je recommande cet appartement.

Mooi appartement in de buitenring van Varese
Het appartement ligt op 10 min lopen van het centrum van Varese. Varese ligt op een strategische ligging om Lago de Maggiore te verkennen. Het ligt op de 6e etage en is mooi ingericht en eigen (parkeer(garage)plaats, hetgeen een must is in Varese. Met de eigenaar in Engels gecommuniceerd. Ze heeft goede tips gegeven van bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en voor goede restaurants in Varese. Wij raden het appartement van harte aan.
