"very beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, daily cleaning, free water. very convenient location, next to the metro. A very traffic area, but had no issues with getting an uber or bolt. Location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and not too far from the Arc."

"On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar"
