"Fantastic location and facilities and wonderful staff! Breakfast and food were top notch and the spa was beautiful with views of the Danube river and the castle. You can get everywhere easily on foot from the hotel and yet get the peace of being away from noisy bars. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

"This hotel is literally next to the Old Town. Very convenient location. Public transportation is also easy. Buses within a few minutes walk. We took Bus 29 to visit Castle Devin. Next to embassies, very safe area. The only thing to be careful is the stairs (it's an old building and no lift) but there are handrails so not too difficult. Breakfast is adequate with cooked items (scrambled, poached, boiled eggs, French toast, crepes, etc.) and cold cuts and salad. Overall, a comfortable place."

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "
