"The staff here do an amazing job, from reception to dining and cleaning. Huge shout out to Sanna at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and Heidi from the dining area who was also a gem! Big complaints here were unresponsive thermostats (Thankfully Sanna brought us a portable heater to help with the cold), and the drab outdated room and bathroom, and worn out furniture in room and in lobby lounge. The bottoms all sag and are not comfortable."

"From the front desk perfectly handling an exhausted traveler to a hearty dinner and even a bit of sauna, this was just perfect for my long layover. Room was small and cramped, but I didn't need much; everything was clean and in good repair (minor wobbliness with the sink). I was grateful for the free shuttle that starts before 4am."
