There was a low-frequency noise coming from the housekeeping room, caused by an electrical cabinet emitting a 200 Hz humming sound. "This hotel is a bit tired. The garden bar is good but sofas old and uncomfortable. Bar staff excellant. Needs aircon as very warm and dry. Lots of people coughing all through breakfast. Basic room would have been better with coffee machine . The beds were extremely soft so not good for some people . The price was good but clearly paying for location not hotel. "

"Very nice location; walk to the beach or into the old town was easy. Room was comfortable. The shower, of course, had the usual European design that spreads water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit tricky for my wife who has mobility problems. There was also a metal shelf placed along the bedroom wall which was a bit of a hazard. We liked the wheelchair lift to the dining area.
