Nice townhouse on two floors with garden and private pool, where you can enjoy your holiday in peace in the countryside and near the sea.
It has a barbecue where you can prepare your lunch-dinner, while watching your family and friends enjoy a swim in the pool or relax under the large mulberry tree that shades in that area.
On the ground floor, the house has an independent kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dining room, shower room, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and wifi, as well as a large terrace from which you can observe the pool and barbecue area and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
On the first floor, it has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. In addition to air conditioning.
The views are spectacular, towards the north it is facing the mountains of Llaberia, full nature and a lot of tranquility and towards the south-east it is facing the sea just 5km from the best beaches of the Costa Dorada.

Séjour plus qu’agréable dans une super maison, très propre et très bien équipée. Sandra, la propriétaire, est adorable, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Contentísimos de haber podido disfrutar estos días en un alojamiento de “cinco estrellas”. Excelente equipamiento y limpieza ejemplar. Fantástica casa
Cogimos la casa para una semana y no podemos estar más contectos con la elección. Es una casa estupenda para pasar unos dias de relax con la familia, en especial con niños, ya que tienen una piscina privada que es la delicia de los peques. La casa superlimpia y la atención de Sandra fue magnífica en todo momento. Estamos seguros de que repetiremos otra vez!

La casa de Sandra y su familia es estupenda. Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El entorno es precioso. Con las montañas de frente, la tranquilidad es absoluta. Hemos disfrutado de la estupenda piscina privada, perfectamente mantenida, soleada, y a un par de metros una buena barbacoa. El entorno perfecto para relajarse después de unas horas de playa, situada a solo 3 km de la casa. Y en el camino supermercados para el avituallamiento. La casa es mejor de como se ve en las fotos. La primera impresión fue el delicado perfume en todas las estancias vestidas con finas sábanas de algodón, toallas blancas impolutas, almohadas y colchones casi nuevos. Además, Sandra nos dejo un menaje completo y perfectamente organizado. En definitiva ha sido una delicia estar allí, donde el buen tiempo nos ha acompañado dura té nuestra estancia. Lo único “molesto” han sido los mosquitos que aparecieron cada noche y alguno se colaba dentro si nos descuidábamos al no cerrar con rapidez las mosquiteras. Eso si, para estar en casa de Sandra hay que tener coche o medio de transporte. Es una casa a la que volveríamos encantados. Sandra y su marido han estado muy pendientes de que todo estuviera bien al tiempo que nos dejaron espacio para la privacidad familiar . Muchas gracias por todo.

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. La maison correspond exactement à l’annonce. Nous avions 2 bébés et 2 enfants et la maison est totalement adapté pour eux. En arrivant la propreté était parfaite et le linge de maison très appréciable. En moins de 10min en voiture nous sommes à la plage. Le quartier est très calme également. Maison à retenir où nous gardons de très bons souvenirs. Merci aux propriétaires !

Sin duda volveremos .lo hemos pasado de lujo todo super bien la propietaria muy atenta en todo . La situación muy bien hemos estado tan bien en piscina y en playa que se nos a olvidado visitar muchas cosas del entorno.
